Shiki brings the power of friendship—and gravity ether skills—into the fight. Together, Shiki and Weisz bring Drakken Joe’s reign of terror to an end and the quest to find Mother is back on. But first, the EDENS ZERO heads to Granbell so Shiki can pay his respects at Ziggy’s grave. However, the trip reveals some hard truths and a whole lot of pain as Shiki’s team is left dazed and confused by the sudden appearance of the EDENS ONE, helmed by a terrible surprise.
HOTTER UNDER THE WATER
After their disastrous encounter with the bizarro Demon King Ziggy, Shiki and his friends set out on a journey into outer space, beyond the Sakura Cosmos. Their first stop is in the Aoi Cosmos, on a planet largely covered in water. Under the vast ocean, they find a temple housing a critical clue to finding the matriarch of the cosmos, Mother! But in order to obtain the clue, Shiki must overcome a fiery obstacle that requires enlisting the tearful aid of an unexpected ally.
A JUMBLED RUMBLE IN THE JUNGLE
A visit from Ziggy has somehow managed to make the robots on Foresta go haywire and rise up against all humans. Shiki and his friends want to find a way to return the robots to normal, but several members of the Poseidon Nero Commando Team have arrived to “solve” the robot problem with mass destruction. Further complicating matters, Justice and his crew from the Interstellar Union Army have also made their way to Foresta in hopes of capturing Elsie. With a forest full of all kinds of trouble, can Shiki and his friends find a way restore the robots’ sanity and save them from annihilation?
A MADDENING MAD SCIENTIST!
Hermit has a traumatic reunion with the mad doctor Müller while she and Weisz attempt to stop Ziggy’s viral signal, which is being sent from a nearby satellite. While struggling against Müller, Hermit and Weisz learn about Kleene and Jinn’s horrific past. The tragic revelations and memories threaten to break Hermit, but Weisz finds strength in the burning rage he feels on behalf of Hermit. Meanwhile, Shiki finds himself on the wrong end of a beatdown at the hands of Justice. Shiki’s defeat is all but decided when a pirate princess appears!
A DARK TIDE RISES
Ziggy’s robot uprising on Foresta has triggered an ominous response from Nero. With a literal and figurative roll of the dice, Nero has handed full authority and responsibility over dealing with Ziggy to his son, Shura. Unfortunately, Shura’s solution to the Ziggy problem is to destroy all robots in the Aoi Cosmos. To make matters worse, Shura publicly announces his plan to all the worlds in the Aoi Cosmos, which launches the empire on an inexorable path to war!
DROWNING IN THE OCEANS
With both the rebel forces and Interstellar Union Army engaging the imperial battleships in the space around Nero 66, Shiki and the EDENS ZERO team take the fight to Shura and a few members of Nero’s elite Oceans 6. It’s gravity versus gravity as Shiki and Shura match ether powers. Although they share similar ether powers, Shura highlights the difference between them when he picks a path of cruelty. Meanwhile, Weisz leads an infiltration team to reach the All-Link system. All robot life in the Aoi Cosmos hangs in the balance as Weisz finds himself an Oceans away from reaching his goal.
FRESH WAVES OF PAIN
After making an unintentional leap, Rebecca gets a glimpse of a bleak future where she’s lost her legs and her ether powers. She returns back to her present time, more determined than ever to avoid that terrible future. While the Edens Zero crew has managed to turn the tide against some of the Oceans, more of them appear, obstructing their path at every turn. Desperate battles are fought as Shiki and his friends rush to save Witch before Shura’s cruelty destroys her!
HEAVY LOSS
Chaotic violence rages in the Aoi Cosmos as the All-Link system nears activation. Shiki confronts Shura with uncharacteristic fury. Meanwhile, Ziggy and Nero begin fighting, neither of them believing defeat is a possibility. The Imperial forces, Rebel army, and Interstellar Union continue their massive battle in space with all sides taking heavy losses as ships fall in the relentless crossfire. The weight of lives lost is a heavy burden to bear, and when all the dust settles, Shiki’s burden may be unbearable...

After the war in the Aoi Cosmos, the Edens Zero crew mourns the loss of Witch and makes an important change in their plans. It’s Captain Connor, but only Rebecca recognizes and remembers him, and he himself denies being the captain of the Edens One?!

After making landfall on Lendard, Shiki, Rebecca, Weisz, and Homura manage to group up but are soon separated when they run into Ziggy’s Dark Stars. One of them, Killer, uses a special program that sends each of Shiki’s friends to a different dimension where they must fight. The Dark Stars plan to divide and conquer, but as each Dark Star proceeds to beat on Shiki and his friends, will it become a plan to divide and torment?!
THE MOTHER OF ALL PLANS
With all of the Oracion Seis Galactica as well as several elite heavy hitters from the Interstellar Union Army mixing it up on Lendard, Ziggy has drawn a chaotic power struggle between some of the strongest forces in the universe. Shiki and Rebecca manage to reunite and recover their memories in Universe Zero. As they journey to gather their crewmates, they discover glaring differences between their previous universe and their current one. Old friends are living different lives with different histories, and old enemies appear in unlikely places bringing new kinds of trouble!
HOMURA’S HOMECOMING
While confronting Nero and Drakken, Shiki’s crew manages to reunite with Homura. However, the reunion is bittersweet as Homura’s memories from the previous universe don’t return. Unlike what happened with the other reunited crew members, Homura’s memories remain blocked despite seeing familiar faces and spending time with friends. In an effort to jolt Homura’s memories, the crew decides to take Homura to meet her mother despite the near certainty that it will be a painful experience…
MAD AT THE SCIENTIST!
Shiki’s crew learns the shocking truth behind the destruction of Foresta after confronting Shura and his companions. Xenolith is innocent and the true villain is Müller. It seems that Müller is just as crazy and evil in the current universe as he was in the previous one. Shiki and Shura head to Müller’s laboratory to beat some truth out of the mad scientist, but Müller’s nowhere to be found and Rebecca has gone missing as well!
The planet Miltz is hidden amongst thousands of dummy planets and should be safe from Void and his crew, but somehow an intruder appears with what seems like the ability to stop time! Only Rebecca is immune to the intruder’s time-stopping ability, and she does her best to stop the intruder, but things escalate when the one intruder becomes many. Luckily an old friend appears and together they face the mysterious enemy in a game?!
The Demon King’s Four Dark Stars have once again managed to infiltrate the Edens Zero. With the ship locked down and a self-destruct sequence initiated, the Shining Stars fight their counterparts while Shiki makes a beeline for Edens One to confront Void. However, Void is not aboard Edens One and is heading straight towards Mother! Void believes humans are the root of all evil and in order to create a universe without humans, Mother must die!
The Edens Zero crew fights to the bitter end with the Four Dark Stars as the Edens Zero self-destruct sequence counts down. Ziggy unexpectedly barges into the fight against Void, freeing Shiki and Rebecca to go save Mother who is inexplicably dying. However, when Shiki finally accomplishes his grand goal of meeting Mother, instead of granting his wishes, she gives him an impossible choice that threatens the lives of his loved ones!
Mother has presented Shiki with an impossible choice. He can either lose some of his loved ones now or doom everyone in the universe to die in the future after all the ether withers away. Shiki takes the situation in stride despite there seeming to be no good option. He makes a choice but has no intention of letting things play out the way Mother described. Shiki has a plan to somehow save everyone, but Void isn’t about to sit still and let Shiki do as he pleases!
